All seventeen deluxe rooms and suites feature sleek moderne design and contemporary furnishings. Most rooms have King beds and all include desirable amenities, lux linens, plush robes, romantic fireplaces, private baths, jetted oversized tubs, comfy sitting/ relaxing areas, flat screen TV's and  complimentary Wi-Fi. Included in the room rate and for our guest’s pleasure, our in-house chef prepares daily gourmet buffet breakfasts and delightful evening wine and hors d’oeuvres.

This private and very lovely 1300 sq ft., two story two bath fully renovated cottage is located adjacent to the mansion and features stylish amenities such as cork floors, granite countertops in the full kitchen, well appointed living room with fireplace, flat screen TV  and beautiful cherry cabinetry. The downstairs bath has a deluxe shower and vanity area. Upstairs the bedroom loft awaits…featuring a king bed, with luxurious linens, another romantic fireplace and a second flat screen TV. The generous bath features a two person spa tub, spacious double vanity and skylights to naturally illuminate this fabulous retreat. Queen Boutique Rooms
These cozy and stylish rooms feature queen beds, fireplaces and baths with either a single spa tub with shower, pedestal soaking tub with shower or a shower for two. Cozy usually implies small and while these are not our largest rooms, they really are quite pleasant. $325/per night plus tax. Click Here for Reservations

King Luxury Rooms
These airy rooms feature king beds, fireplaces and defining architectural elements such as dramatic ceilings or unique angles; the baths feature two person spa tubs with showers. $375/per night plus tax. Click Here for Reservations

King Junior Suites
These “great room” style suites are spacious and filled with light. They feature king beds, fireplaces and gracious sitting areas; the baths have a single spa tub with shower. $375/per night plus tax. Click Here for Reservations

King Premium Suites
These grand ‘great room’ style suites are our most spacious and offer guests excellent amenities: king beds with fireplaces and relaxing sitting areas. Many also feature desks or vanities. The baths have either two person spa tubs with showers or walk-in shower for two. A few have the lovely benefit of balconies overlooking the gardens and tree lined street. RESERVATION POLICIES
Room amenities within a room category (such as balcony or type of bath/shower) or floor location may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. ADA room available on a first come first serve basis. The White House Inn is a renovated though still historic property and as such has no elevators. Please apprise us of any infirmities which may preclude stairs.
 Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is two per room unless the room has a day bed. Only two rooms have day beds and can accommodate a third person and are based on availability. There is an additional charge of $50.00 for the third person in these rooms.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
We require a one night’s deposit to secure a reservation. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservation cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $20.00/cancellation processing fee per night cancelled. Reservations CHANGES or cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. This deposit and cancellation policy applies only to individual rooms booked and does not apply to weddings, events or group reservations.  Weddings, events and groups/individuals travelling together and reserving 4 or more rooms will be subject to additional fees and individualized reservation deposit and cancellation policies.
