Situated on three floors of this impressive mansion, accommodations are luxurious with welcoming details. All seventeen deluxe rooms and suites feature sleek moderne design and contemporary furnishings. Most rooms have King beds and include desirable amenities, lux linens, plush robes, romantic fireplaces, private baths, jetted oversized tubs, comfy sitting/ relaxing areas, oversized flat screen TV's, ipod docking stations and  complimentary Wi-Fi. Included in the room rate and for our guests’ pleasure, our in-house chef prepares daily gourmet buffet breakfasts and delightful evening wine and hors d’oeuvres.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Room amenities within a room category (such as balcony or type of bath/shower) or floor location may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. ADA room available on a first come first serve basis. The White House Inn is a renovated though still historic property and as such has no elevators. Please apprise us of any infirmities which may preclude stairs.
 Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is two per room unless the room has a day bed. Only two rooms have day beds and can accommodate a third person and are based on availability. There is an additional charge of $50.00 for the third person in these rooms.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
We require a one night’s deposit to secure a reservation. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservation cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $20.00/cancellation processing fee per night cancelled. Reservations CHANGES or cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. This deposit and cancellation policy applies only to individual rooms booked and does not apply to weddings, events or group reservations.  Weddings, events and groups/individuals travelling together and reserving 4 or more rooms will be subject to additional fees and individualized reservation deposit and cancellation policies.
