Situated on a tree-lined residential street, the inn's ideal downtown location is walking distance to boutique shops, wine tasting
lounges and acclaimed restaurants. Easy freeway access and close proximity to numerous airports makes White House Inn a perfect
choice for your travelling guests and your destination wedding event.
$6,900 Site Fee Includes:
- Five hours exclusive use of mansion and grounds
- 30 hours premier wedding coordination from
A Dream Wedding team - 2-hour wine and cheese reception for all in-house
guests on day of arrival - Daily gourmet breakfast for all in-house guests
- Complimentary additional room night for the bridal couple
in the Presidential Suite (Thursday or Sunday) - $25 credit per room per night for spa treatment services
- Indoor cherry wood parquet dance floor
- Digital sound system (for background music during event)
Requirements:
- Friday-Sunday: Minimum of 17 rooms for 2-night commitment
- Monday-Thursday: Minimum of 13 rooms for 1 or 2 night commitment
- Couple may choose to pay for the rooms, or guests may pay individually
- Caterers and equipment rental from White House
- Preferred Vendor List
- 50% deposit required to secure your wedding weekend
